The World Chamber of Commerce urges you
to support the Japan-American Society of Georgia.

The recent earthquake and resulting tsunami off the coast of Japan shocked not only local citizens, but the world as well. We have been witness to the utter devastation of human life, physical damage, and potential nuclear fallout. The number of victims continues to climb while Japan and its global partners rush to provide aid, shelter, and counsel.

The World Chamber of Commerce wishes to express its deepest sympathy to the victims of the disaster and stands with the Japan-America Society of Georgia to bring relief to the region. Although a young organization, the WCC is very familiar with complex humanitarian efforts including the incredible work and investment necessary to provide effective education and assistance.

That is why the WCC urgently calls upon you to support these efforts with donations made online via or with a check payable to the JASG marked "Earthquake/Tsunami Relief Fund". The JASG is in the process of making plans for specific projects to support relief efforts in Japan and will be making announcements with more details soon.

With our thoughts and prayers,

George Novak, President
The World Chamber of Commerce
