    (ATLANTA, GA.) March 16, 2024. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY, THERE WILL BE A ‘NIGERIANS DAY” IN GEORGIA, WHICH WILL BE CELEBRATED AT THE GEORGIA CAPITOL, ON MARCH 21ST, AT 10 A.M. THIS IS POSSIBLE DUE TO AMBASSADOR AMINA SMAILA’S EFFORTS.

    The World Chamber of Commerce supports the WCC Advisory Board member, Ambassador Smaila for her relentless hard work for the Nigerian community and Georgia. Ambassador Smaila has many accolades as Consul General of Nigeria in Georgia, such as creating awareness about Nigeria, including “Nollywood”, the third largest film industry in the world, in terms of output.

    The Consul General of Nigeria, Ambassador Amina Smaila’s tenure is coming to an end in Georgia. She will be truly missed for her incredible positive and endless energy to create meaningful ties of understanding between Georgia and Nigeria.

    There was a “Farewell Event” in honor of Ambassador Smaila, on March 17th, 2024, in Georgia. The World Chamber of Commerce wishes Ambassador Smaila much success in her future endeavors.
