Atlanta, May 4th, 2017.  Founder and CEO of the World Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Solange Warner, is pleased to announce that Dan Moss, Jr. was unanimously elected to be the ex-officio Vice Chairman of the World Chamber of Commerce (WCC), based in Atlanta, Ga. He will be officially installed in his new office on May 4, 2017, at their event held at the Georgia International Convention Center in Atlanta. Mr. Moss also serves as the Chairman of the WCC Investment and Economic Development Committee. He has previously served as Vice President and Treasurer and is a member of the Board of Directors. The May 4 meeting will feature recipients of the World Chamber of Commerce Global Hero Award, presented by the Honorable U.S. Ambassador Andrew Young, Chairman of the WCC, to the Honorable Mark Lagon, U. S. Ambassador At Large and Roosevelt Council, Jr., General Manager of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The WCC continues to promote business, cultural, and humanitarian initiatives for global progress.

THE WORLD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE INTERNATIONAL HERO AWARD TO PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE, GOVERNOR GARY JOHNSON AMONG OTHER DIGNITARIES

(ATLANTA, GA.) October 18, 2013.  The World Chamber of Commerce (WCC) will be presenting the prestigious WCC International Hero Award to Presidential Candidate, Governor Gary Johnson. This Recognition of Excellence will be bestowed upon him for his great visionary immigration work that has further strengthened international affairs.

Additionally, the WCC will recognize Ambassador of Macedonia, Zoran Jolevski and Ed Begley Jr. Actor and Environmentalist, among other dignitaries for their excellence regarding global initiatives.  

The SOLD OUT WCC Event will be on November 14, 2013 at 5:00 p.m., at Georgia Tech School of Architecture. This will be a truly multicultural event where international leaders and government representatives from many countries will join the WCC recognizing the dignitaries. Additional award recipients are  Ambassador Ricardo Camara, Consul General of Mexico and G.P. "Bud" Peterson, President of Georgia Tech, among other important members of the community.

There are 1.5 million homes now in foreclosure and another two million in preforeclosure. Of those still in their homes, eleven million are worth less than the mortgages on them. House prices have dropped fifty eight months in a row. Robert Shiller, professor of Housing Economics at Yale, said our house prices could drop another 25% in the next five years. With the seventy six million Baby Boomers aging and now spending less and less every year and the 46 million generation X unable to take up the slack, we must look to foreign buyers to stimulate our real estate markets. The WCC members participating with the WCC ITP will be introduce to international companies looking for U.S. professionals in fields such as law, marketing, consulting, commercial real estate, relocation, branding, financial services, among others. 

First WCC ITP stage:

The WCC will send this information to international organizations and businesses. International companies will have access to the WCC members and their expertise. The international companies interested do not have to become WCC members to have access to the information. As a result, the WCC members will have broader exposure to possible clients.
